Paintwork

  • Safe Paintwork Decontamination including...

  • Pressure washer rinse followed by a Pre-wash foam to loosen and remove heavy dirt & grime with a pressure washer before the contact wash.

  • Followed by the Double Bucket method, allowing the wash mitt to be rinsed after making contact, removing dirt & grime from the wash mitt before re dunking in the soap bucket. Accompanied with bucket grit guards holding dirt & grime at the bottom of the bucket away from the wash mitt. Reducing abrasions on paintwork.

  • Ph Neutral Auto Glym Conditioner enhancing the durability of paintwork protection previously applied.

  • Fallout remover applied to paintwork, lifting iron oxide particles out of the paintwork after being left to dwell.

  • Tar & Glue remover is then applied to remove deeply embedded Tree Sap & Tar spots.

  • The decontamination stage is the most important stage when applying Paint sealants, having a clean top layer of lacquer allows the product to bond with the paintwork and not the contaminants. Allowing a durable and Flawless Result.

  • The vehicle is then dried with an Automotive blower removing all stagnant water in cracks & crevasses leaving the car completely dry avoiding watermarks.

  • The Paintwork is finished with a 12 month Synthetic Paint Sealant, introducing a high gloss hydrophobic finish to the Paintwork.

  • Coatings allow automotive pre wash's to act more effectively removing heavy dirt & grime build-up for contact wash and allows the wash mitt to glide across the paintwork when maintaining the car bringing a mirror finish shine with little pressure on the paint, it also allows the paint to be dried efficiently with the correct equipment, these benefits avoid major defects on paintwork.

Glass & Seals

  • All exterior glass cleaned with the paintwork followed by applying a long lasting hydrophobic coating allowing a high shine finish time and time again & allowing the glass to repel water in a hydrophobic fashion.

  • The glass is then cleaned with ammonia free glass cleaner leaving a streak free finish.

  • Window seals are agitated with relevant detailing brush's and all purpose cleaner removing contaminants & the opportunity for bacteria growth inside the car.

  • All rubber seals are then coated in a rubber sealant, left to cure for 5 minutes followed up by removing the excess with a dry microfiber towel. Avoiding the seals shrinking in the sun and cracking in the near future.

Wheels & Arches

  • Separate "wheel" bucket with brake dust dissolving  Shampoo, including all relevant brushes.

  • Alloy Wheels are rinsed, left to dwell in Pre Wash Foam then rinsed with a pressure washer reducing scratches with metal shavings & dust from the brakes.

  • Arches sprayed with all purpose cleaner rinsed then re sprayed to be agitated with an wheel arch brush.

  • Brake callipers cleaned with non corrosive cleaner.

  • Inner Wheel Barrels foamed then worked free of brake dust with barrel brushes. (Results depending on corrosion from brake dust & accessibility.

  • Wheel Facing cleaned with soft alloy wheel brush followed by a once over with a microfibre from the wheel bucket to ensure quality.

  • Tire walls are rinsed with the pressure washer then agitated with a tire brush.

  • Callipers coated in protective sealant if painted.

  • The Wheels are then coated with an Alloy wheel coating in the barrels and the facing, left  to cure then buffed with a dry towel on the facing, leaving the barrels excess wax for extra protection.

  • Tires are then coated with a long lasting tire sealant with the option of matte of shiny.

  • Alloy Wheels are then dried with a Heated Automotive Blower.
